Specialization in Human Resources Management

The employment predictions for HR managers over the next decade seem to be solid. Out of 800 occupations in the U.S., HR manager ranked 35th. This is data provided by Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and recorded by The Wall Street Journal. Employment of human resource managers is expected to grow 7% by 2028; this is faster than the average percentage of 5.2%, which means there will be a projected opening of 14,400 jobs annually.

Though having an Associate degree might qualify candidates for entry-level positions, a bachelor’s degree is required to equip the applicants for the position. U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics notes that the bare minimum of academic requirements normally required for HR careers is a bachelor’s degree.
