Design and administration of compensation systems. Deals with determinants of general level of pay, pay structures, wage and salary surveys, job analysis, job evaluation, performance evaluation, benefit plans, and financial incentive systems. Credit Hours: 3 (3 lecture, 0 lab)
Prerequisite: Senior Standing
Required skill level: College level reading, writing, and math.
