ORGL 4303 - Organizational Design and Change CIP 5210050036 This course will critically examine the ways that organizations function and adapt to fluctuations in demands precipitated by changes in consumer preference, expanding competition, and prevailing economic conditions. Leaders need to understand the patterns and structures practiced by organizations to solve problems, maximize efficiency and productivity, achieve organizational goals, and address stakeholder expectations. Armed with this information, leaders design and execute plans to achieve maximum organizational effectiveness. Credit Hours: 3 (3 lecture, 0 lab) Prerequisite: ORGL 3301 Leadership Fundamentals Required skill level: College level reading, writing, and math.
