This course provides an in-depth exploration of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Students will examine AI-driven features such as sales order auto-completion and automated material inspection, understanding their impact on business processes. The curriculum covers the design and implementation of AI enhancements to improve user interaction, streamline operations, and boost productivity within ERP environments. Credit Hours: 2 (2 lecture, 0 lab)
Prerequisite: Approval of the Division Chair.
Note: Course Fee: Students must enroll in all 6 courses simultaneously and pay the total SAP ERP Technology fee of $11,770.
