WTRD 4304 - Workplace Learning and Development

This course provides students with the core skills necessary to facilitate group interactions through the use of process tools for facilitators and practical decision-making for change. The course will first explore facilitation and understanding the facilitator’s role within a group. Students will then investigate and discuss the stages of facilitation from assessment to feedback and will examine the dynamics of facilitation for groups. Credit Hours: 3 (3 lecture, 0 lab)
