WTRD 4301 - Strategic Training and Development

The course provides the student with 21st-century developments in training, research and practice including the strategic role of training and the use of new technologies. The course will help develop essential skills for improving and empowering organizations through high-caliber training and development processes. Credit Hours: 3 (3 lecture, 0 lab)
