RNSG 1343 - Complex Concepts of Adult Health CIP 5138010014 Integration of previous content related to common adult health needs associated with each body system, continuing development of professional nursing student as provider of patient-centered care, member of health care team, patient safety advocate, and member of a profession. Course focus is adult patients and families with complex medical-surgical health care needs in structured healthcare settings. Emphasis on knowledge, judgment, skill, and professional values within legal/ ethical framework. Credit Hours: 3 (2 lecture, 4 lab) Prerequisite: All courses in the ADN program must be taken in a prescribed sequence.
