BIOL 2301 - Human Anatomy and Physiology I CIP 2607075103 A study of the cells, tissues, and organ systems of the human body. Emphasis is on understanding the physiologic mechanisms maintaining homeostasis. The dynamics of cell membranes as well as the components and functions of the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, and endocrine systems will be studied. Laboratory activities are designed to complement lecture topics. Credit Hours: 3 (3 lecture, 0 lab) Required skill level: College-level reading and writing.
