Diagnosis and solution of user hardware and software related problems with on-the-job and/or simulated projects. Credit Hours: 3 (2 lecture, 2 lab)
Prerequisite: 12 credit hours in Computer Technology including: ITSC 1305, ITSC 1301 or approval of the division chair.
Required skill level: College-level reading and writing.
Note: Course Fee: $24.00 per course.
