HITT 2435 - Coding and Reimbursement Methodologies

Development of advanced coding techniques with emphasis on case studies, health records, and federal regulations regarding prospective payment systems and methods of reimbursement.  Credit Hours: 4 (3 lecture, 2 lab)
Prerequisite: It is recommended that a student has completed HITT 1305  or is co-enrolled along with this course.
Required skill level: College-level reading
