There are several compelling arguments for why undergraduate programs in business and administration should include formal specializations in innovation:
- Relevance to the modern business environment: The pace of technological change and the increasing demand for new and improved products and services have made innovation a critical driver of competitiveness and growth. Students will be equipped to effectively lead and manage innovation initiatives in a range of industries and sectors.
- Enhanced employability: Organizations of all sizes and across all industries are looking for employees who have the knowledge and skills to drive innovation. This specialization will equip students with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in these roles, making them more attractive to employers.
