BUSG 1291 - Special Topics in Business: ServiceNow Capstone

Topics address recently identified current events, skills, knowledge, and/or attitudes and behaviors pertinent to the technology or occupation and relevant to the professional development of the student. This course focuses on implementing core functionalities of the ServiceNow Platform using the Now Create methodology. Participants will delve into the technical aspects crucial for successful implementations and the roles essential to a deployment team. The course also covers the ServiceNow GRC suite, equipping professionals with strategies for managing enterprise risk and compliance as a capstone experience. Credit Hours: 2 (2 lecture, 4 lab)
Corequisite: ITCC 1291  ITCC 1391  ITSY 1291  
Note: Course Fee: $2,925 per course. Students must enroll in ITCC 1391, ITCC 1291, BUSG 1291, and ITSY 1291 simultaneously and pay the total ServiceNow® system Fee of $11,698.
