ITCC 1391 - System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager: Core Systems Administration

Topics address recently identified current events, skills, knowledge, and/or attitudes and behaviors pertinent to the technology or occupation and relevant to the professional development of the student. This course covers the essentials of managing and administering the ServiceNow® system with a focus on system administration and configuration. Students will explore network design and infrastructure, data communication, and network troubleshooting, emphasizing practical applications to enhance system efficiency. Credit Hours: 3 (2 lecture, 4 lab)
Prerequisite: Admission to the program.
Corequisite: ITCC 1291  ITSY 1291  BUSG 1291  
Note: Course Fee: $2,925 per course. Students must enroll in ITCC 1391, ITCC 1291, BUSG 1291, and ITSY 1291 simultaneously and pay the total ServiceNow® system Fee of $11,698.
