Topics address recently identified current events, skills, knowledge, and/or attitudes and behaviors pertinent to the information security technology or occupation and relevant to the professional development of the student. This course focuses on implementing core functionalities of the ServiceNow Platform using the Now Create methodology. Participants will delve into the technical aspects crucial for successful implementations and the roles essential to a deployment team. The course also covers the ServiceNow GRC suite, equipping professionals with strategies for managing enterprise risk and compliance. Credit Hours: 2 (2 lecture, 4 lab)
Prerequisite: Admission to the program.
Corequisite: ITCC 1291 ITCC 1391 BUSG 1291
