Topics address recently identified current events, skills, knowledge, and/or attitudes and behaviors pertinent to the technology or occupation and relevant to the professional development of the student. This course covers the essentials of managing and administering the ServiceNow® system with a focus on system administration and configuration. Students will explore network design and infrastructure, data communication, and network troubleshooting, emphasizing practical applications to enhance system efficiency. The course also prepares students to sit for the Service Now Certified System Administrator certification, ensuring they acquire the necessary competencies to oversee and optimize business operations effectively. Credit Hours: 2 (2 lecture, 0 lab)
Prerequisite: Admission to the program and recommendation of faculty.
