WLDG 1428 - Introduction to Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)


CIP 4805080002
An introduction to shielded metal arc welding process. Emphasis placed on power sources, electrode selection, oxyfuel cutting, and various joint designs. Instruction provided in SMAW fillet welds in various positions.  Credit Hours: 4 (2 lecture, 8 lab)
Prerequisite: WLDG 1200  
Note: Course Fee: $80.00 per course.
