This course focuses on the processes and activities used by the project manager and team to identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate project work, such as developing the project management plans. Further, special attention is given to the planning, executing, and controlling of project scope. Finally, students will learn the processes, policies, and procedures that must be implemented to meet the quality requirements. Credit Hours: 3 (3 lecture, 0 lab)
