Topics include introductory treatments of measurement and geometry, sets and logic, functions, financial mathematics, probability and statistics with appropriate applications. Number sense, proportional reasoning, estimation, technology, and communication are embedded throughout the course. TI-83 graphing calculator required unless otherwise noted by instructor.
