A studio art course that introduces metalsmithing using basic techniques in jewelry design and metal construction. The course provides instruction and practical fabrication experience as it relates to the design and production of small-scale functional and/or nonfunctional objects. Credit Hours: 3 (1 lecture, 5 lab)
