MUSI 1212 - Music Theory II

A study of the fundamentals of music to include diatonic seventh chords, modulation to closely related keys, and secondary dominant relationships and other chromatically altered chords. Principles learned in class will be applied to the keyboard. Credit Hours: 2 (2 lecture, 1 lab)
Prerequisite: MUSI 1211 and concurrent enrollment in MUSI 1217 or approval of the division chair.
