With availability to online support services and resources with a click of a button our Virtual Campus provides an excellent opportunity to achieve your educational and career goals online.

Brazosport College offers the following types on Internet based courses:

  • Online: In most cases total online courses have no on campus time, everything from viewing lectures, participating in discussions, submitting assignments and quizzes are usually done online. There are some courses though, which may require a face-to-face orientation, exam review, or in-person test.
  • Hybrid:  Lectures and specific course activities are completed on campus. Other activities which may include discussions, submitting homework assignments, and quizzes are done online.
  • Supplemental:  Course resources and some activities could be completed online while the majority of course work takes place on campus.

Students should first determine course availability prior to registration.  It is recommended that students who wish to take an online course register as soon as possible to ensure a spot in the class, as online course sections tend to fill quickly.  Registration can be done through the myBC system.
